With an extensive background in police operations and investigations, Ger returned to Ireland from the UK in 2008 and set up Elevare.
Ger O’Donovan
With an extensive background in police operations and investigations, Ger returned to Ireland from the UK in 2008 and set up Elevare. In 2018, Ger oversaw the evolution of the company, instigating a company rebrand and moving to a full-service, total facilities management company operating across Ireland and the UK.
Ger is passionate about providing a positive workplace where people can feel supported, recognising that enabling the talent of the whole team will allow the company to reach its targets and full potential.
Anita O’Donovan
Anita has over 25 years’ experience in the accounting and investment industry. Early in her career, she rose through the ranks at one of the UK’s largest Pension and Investment Companies, developing her skills to an exceptionally high standard.
As a founding member of Elevare, she was instrumental in the growth of the company from a start-up, to a large business, now employing several hundred people, with a multimillion-euro turnover. Anita now focusses her efforts on strategic and corporate compliance planning for the business.
Liam Casey
Liam has over 25 years of senior management experience in the facilities industry. He began his career in the hospitality industry, with Scottish and Newcastle Leisure. He subsequently moved to work with Ireland’s largest facility services company, providing a wide range of services to a portfolio of blue chip clients.
In 2012, Liam operated as consultant COO in a number of hospital groups, both in the public and private sectors. With Elevare, Liam takes complete ownership for each of our facilities contracts, supported by a dedicated team of professionals who are motivated to be the best in class.
Andrew Reck
Andrew has over 10 years’ experience in operations and senior management positions. Roles in retail operations honed his ability to implement training and operational procedures on live sites, with large teams. He focusses on coaching and developing his teams to achieve their full potential in order to ensure the highest standard of customer service for clients.
Andrew works with some of Elevare’s key customer accounts, across a range of sectors, delivering performance driven solutions on an on-going basis.
With over 13 years’ experience in the security industry, Tom is adept at crisis management, emergency management, loss prevention..
Tom Sheahan
With over 13 years’ experience in the security industry, Tom is adept at crisis management, emergency management, loss prevention and access control as well as officer development and talent recruitment.
Tom has specialist experience in Security Operations Centres (SOC), within large multinational companies and now oversees corporate operations offices in both Cork and Dublin on behalf of Elevare.
