Why invest in training?

It is no secret that investing in employee training adds crucial value to any organisation. A survey carried out by the Society for Human Resource Management found that 42% of employees considered their organisations commitment to their continuing professional development “very important to their job satisfaction.

Our CEO, Ger O’Donovan, is passionate about providing a positive workplace where people can feel supported. Investing in Our People via our dedicated training programme is a core part of this. Recognising that enabling the talent of the whole team will allow the company to reach its full potential.

Investing in Our People – Dedicated Training Programme

At Elevare, we provide dedicated training for our employees in the form of our Quest training programme. Quest is a tailored training initiative set up by Elevare, to enable each of our employees to gain the skills and qualifications necessary to reach their full potential.

Anyone who works within our organisation can avail of the programme. It offers academic and practical based learning for individuals to develop in key areas relevant to their role.

Speaking about the purpose of the Quest Programme, CEO Ger O’Donovan says “Part of my role as CEO is to recognise skill, talent and to support people who show promise so they can enhance their skills and flourish. The Quest Programme allows us to provide a development path, and equips employees with the skills, education and experience to become a leader.’’

At the end of 12 months the participant has the qualifications required to take that next step in their career.  We take great pride in encouraging our employees to climb the ladder!
