Employee Spotlight: Ula Niwinska

Meet one of our newest members of the Elevare team Ula Niwinska.

Ula has built a professional career around Human Resources Management and People Management with 10+ years of experience in a cross-functional environment.

Prior to joining Elevare, Ula studied at UCC and obtained a Higher Diploma in Human Resources Studies. 

“My greatest satisfaction comes from helping individuals discover and develop these skills and seeing them set sail with enthusiasm and confidence towards a future filled with success.”

After graduating, Ula worked as a Specialist Recruiter Advisor in the Life Sciences Sector. Speaking about what attracted her to join Elevare she said:
